Have you eaten a Salak fruit before? 🐍

Salak is the fruit of a type of palm tree that is native to Sumatra and Java in Indonesia. It is sometimes called the "snake fruit" because of its brown scaly skin. The fruit consists of three lobes (two which are noticeably and uniquely larger) with a large seed encased within, and has a sweet, acidic taste and a dry, crunchy texture.
